The 44% gel uses a stronger formula to wipe away deep tooth stains or stubborn stains that won't go away. However, it is not recommended for those with known sensitivity - the 16%, 22% or 35% gel is better suited for them.
This 44% carbamide peroxide strength gel is designed to remove stains from coffee, wine, smoking, aging and more. It is perfect for those with deeper tooth stains or those looking for powerful whitening. The gel can be used with custom dental trays, LED light trays (not included), or is also compatible with Invisalign trays, retainers and aligners (not included). The same ingredients used by dental professionals are used in this made-in-the-USA formula, which is not tested on animals.
The gel refill pack contains 3 x 5mL syringes, providing a total of 30 treatments (10 treatments per syringe). To use, fill a mouth tray (not included) on the top and bottom with 1 use or less of gel, and wear for 30 minutes per day for best results. Shorter whitening sessions may also be conducted for maintenance and touch-ups. Recap the syringe until your next treatment and use until empty. Store in a cool, dry place.
Our 44% gel is only recommended for those experienced using strong whitening gels. If you are subject to sensitivity or irritation, we recommend using our 22% or 35% whitening gel instead. All of our whitening gels are enamel-safe, used by dentists, and proudly made in the USA.
